Message: They were not able to get all of the dent out of my car because of the limited access. About 98% of the 3x5 dent was removed and looked really good! Because they could not remove all of the dent, THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME ONE PENNY! I was so grateful! These people are perfectionists!

Message: Ashley & Austin were top notch start to finish. They gave a timely and comprehensive estimate. They said the repairs would take a week, and if my insurance adjuster had gotten there when he was supposed to it would’ve. Either way, they were gracious enough to extend to me a courtesy car. And upon pickup, Ashley was gracious enough to wait for me so I could get my car back before the weekend. The work performed was fantastic and I’m extremely happy for it. If you’ve got hail damage they can help you as well.

Message: We had a tricky dent on our fender. They spent a lot of time trying their best to make the repair. In the end the repair was not what we, or they hoped for. They did not charge us as the repairs did not meet their standards. Good to do business with a fair and honest entity. They refused any payment even after we offered. Highly recommend.

Message: I'm still agog at Mike's ability to un-ding the world. Had my recently purchased, ding-filled used European money pit in and Mike completely erased about 15 dings in less than 8 hours. PLUS a free loaner truck to use to boot! Well worth every penny. While I hope I don't need dent removal again anytime soon, there's only one place I'll go if I need it!

Message: Got a humongous dent from a careless person who did not return their cart to the respectable area. Anyways, I was pretty upset, but Mike didn't seem at all deterred by the size. There was actually two tiny dents within the one humongous dent. All dents are gone and I'm super happy with the result. Thank you!

Message: I had 4 cars caught in the hailstorm in Oconomowoc June 10, the insurance company totaled 3 of them, but decided that my Mustang could be fixed. I was a bit skeptical about Paintless dent removal, but the other options would be cutting the roof off and replacing it… that wasn’t going to happen! Weber Auto body referred me to Dent Clinic, he said they did great work. Well he was 100% correct! Austin and his team did a phenomenal job on my 2015 Mustang. There were a lot of dents, probably 300 or more on the roof alone! I told them that the car had to be perfect, I have a lot of money into it! That’s what they did, made it perfect! If you ever need dents or dings removed and you don’t need major body repair, take it to Dent Clinic, Austin and his team will take care of you and make your car perfect again! I’ve since wrapped the roof in black and there is not one dent, ding or imperfection anywhere to be seen!

Message: I firstly want to say they did a great job fixing the dents. They were very minor door dings and after I picked the car up you couldn't even tell there had been a problem previously. The reason I left a 3-stars rather than a 5-star review is that it was noticeable something had been worked on my car as they had buffed out the area where there used to be a dent. At my estimate they had offered to buff out a small scratch that I had asked if they could fix and I declined knowing that buffing leaves behind swirl marks. When dropping off my car I didn't think I had to mention again to not buff my car as they were only doing a dent repair. I always take great care of my car, never even doing touch wash as to not leave behind small scratches so it was disappointing to notice something like this.. Pictures of the dents are included below (one above the door handle and one on the back door). I also included a picture of the swirl marks left behind above the front door handle.
