Message: My brand new three day old electric car, a Hyundai Ioniq 5, was backed into by a semi truck trailer. I knew this was a new technology so I wanted a company with the best rating in the area to handle the repairs. The result?. The car looks and drives like brand new! All of the radar and Level 2 autonomous driving functionality was restored to its original working condition. I was extremely pleased with the communication and speed that the project was completed in.. I was so pleased that we’re sending another car over - a 2015 Chevy Spark that the hood flew upon driving down the highway. The next day we received notice a recall on the hood latch.. Anyhow, go see the owner Merrill and he’ll take care of you!

Message: I'm an automotive painter myself, but ran out of space in my tiny booth, so I tried American Collision because the voice on the phone seemed the most knowledgeable and the most friendly. That's Merrill by the way.. They painted my bumper and nailed the match without the car needing to stay there. I painted a new front splitter for my car while they had my bumper and when I got the bumper home and put the splitter next to it, it looked as if I'd sprayed both pieces myself. Not only did the paint match, but the orange peel (texture) was dead on as well. If you're not a painter, there's no way to explain just how difficult a task that is. Bravo! Now after hearing all this you may think then, that the price was high. What if I told you it wasn't? That I myself don't work this cheap? I'm not kidding. My price for the same piece is $75 more.. Honest, accurate, professional, friendly and a great price to boot. Need some paint work? Go see Merrill! I will post pictures once I've installed the new pieces.

Message: Delightful. Social distancing practiced. Very clean. Impressed by the bathroom. This is my true impression of a business. The owner Stan, assisted me and my sister getting her to sit at a pub table. She is spe ial needs. The only down fall, is no regular size tables. Could use at least two lower tables for special needs and elders. Just saying with the American Disibilities Act. Good prices. Will be back. KK.

Message: This shop takes good care of its customers. When I was in an accident recently my father suggested I use this shop for the repair of my car. The gentleman that work at the shop made sure I understood the extent of the damage and what they could do to save me some money with regard to my deductible.
