Message: This is now my third time using Keno across 2 different vehicles since 2010. I continue to come back because the quality of their work and the excellent service I receive! I just picked up my ‘21 Pacifica after suffering a completely disabling front end collision. Once again I received a fantastic rebuild and wonderful customer service! This business is truly there for you as a customer, especially considering how terrible it can be to be without your car unexpectedly. As a side note, my ‘08 4Runner sustained a massive front end collision while parked in ‘10. They did the work as a random pick and 13 years later, I still own this vehicle and you would never know the front end was destroyed. The paint, the work, everything… no abnormal driving/ pulling ever following their work. I can’t say enough good things about keno! In addition, they have a few loaner cars that are available for certain jobs, and boy this was a lifesaver beyond measure. Unfortunately due to covid and supply chain problems, the job took longer than normal as parts were unavailable. I was provided a complimentary 4 door compact suv that was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The expense of renting a car would have been crushing. I am grateful for their service, their quality, and their complimentary vehicle making this an unfortunate but seamless repair and our van is back on the road like it never happened. Thank you Keno for another job well done and once again, for making me a happy customer!
